Position Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Crisis Service Program Director, the CSDC Recruiter will support talent acquisition efforts by managing the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding coordination. This role partners closely with program leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies that attract top talent for crisis services and IDD support programs.

Location/Schedule: 750 Hazel Street, Macon, GA – Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative candidate generation strategies to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Proactively source passive and active candidates for critical roles through research, networking, cold calling, phone screens, and referrals.
  • Manage high-volume recruiting under tight deadlines while maintaining candidate quality.
  • Coordinate and assist with the full hiring and onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Support separation processes as needed.
  • Track recruiting activity and deliver weekly candidate status and pipeline reports.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field (Required).
  • Two years of recruiting experience.
  • Familiarity with crisis services and IDD support environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
