Location/Schedule:
168 Old Brent Road, Forsyth, Ga Monroe County. Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison between the Support Coordinators, Case Managers, and families.
- Monitors: Activities in day center; bowel tracking & changing schedules; medications; credentials; individual documentation books; and training compliance.
- Creates and follows the monthly schedule; coordinates staff meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience providing social or direct care services to individuals with special needs.
- A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related human services field.
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory or equivalent role.
